You are welcome to collect in person from our showroom in Staffordshire, please get in touch prior to purchase to arrange this, collections are via Appointment only.

Our delivery service is NOT £0.10 and we provide UK Delivery only, we can not ship worldwide but we are happy to deliver to a shipping depo on your behalf.

All our large items listed are sent with a specialist courier, which is family run, they take great pride in taking care of our items, all items are blanket and bubble wrapped for transport safety. Delivery days are specified and live tracking updates are given so you don’t have to wait in all day.

The delivery price is listed as FREE for all UK locations, however, the delivery price is payable directly to our courier prior to the delivery. They will provide an invoice and VAT receipt if required.

The fee for delivery is based on your location and the size of the item, delivery prices range from £55-80 per item.

If you are in Scotland or Cornwall Please inquire prior to purchase for exact cost, there is often a 10% increase for these areas. Highlands and Islands are also more expensive and difficult to reach, so again, please take note of this prior to placing an order.

Our price to deliver covers a door to door ground floor service, our drivers are not expected to carry heavy items up flights of steps or put your item in place within your home. Most of our items are heavy but a single man team can deliver most items with ease providing the terms are noted. If you require a two man team, or can not assist to get your item in your home due to ill heath, access or any other reason, please get in touch prior to purchase to request a two man service, for which we will quote accordingly.

If you wish to buy multiple items from us - please get in touch prior to purchase - We maybe able to discount shipping.

We aim to ship all items within 7-10 working days - If you require an item in a hurry please get in touch prior to purchase to ensure we can meet your due date. The date for delivery on your order form is an estimate, we try our best to keep to these but it is sometimes it is not possible due to some locations being a little further afield.

On checkout please supply an email address and mobile phone number for the courier, without this we can not dispatch your item.
