These vintage tea chests would have originally transported tea across the high seas!

No tea trunk is identical, they are individual with varied markings and advertising logos from various Tea Plantations from all over the world. Some are plain, with only two faces marked.

This tea chest pictured in the listing is the one you will receive.

Each tea chest has been lightly restored, fully waxed and buffed, ready for use in your home. The insides of each chest has been left in fairly original as found condition, Some have the original silver foil too and sometimes remnants of tea!

*Please note:

The Tea Chests are used and have a complete hole in the top or base, depending on how they were opened to remove the tea - We have pictured upside down to show how they are perfect for use as tables.

Alternatively using them with the hole in the top creates a great storage solution.

The hole is approximately 360x360mm
